WHAT IS HAWKER FEVER
Hawker Fever is an event that will be carried out annually to not only promote hawkerpreneurship but to also evoke a sense of pride in our hawker food.
WHY
To spur the passion of the young aspiring hawkers as it also shows that hawkers are also being valued and given recognitions. Inclusive of the apprenticeship programme provided.
It aims to equip the aspiring hawkers not just in culinary skills but also the tools to run a successful business.
